Sports performance training

Software for sports performance training facilities

A performance facility runs individual programs for many athletes, tests them regularly, sells memberships by how often they train and keeps parents informed. POWA was built release by release with a working training facility, around exactly that week.

A group testing day after it is completed: one row per athlete, the mobility and posture ticks, then every test in the coach's sheet order, with a test an athlete did not finish marked DNF. Each row is saved on that athlete's own assessment record, which families read once the day is complete. Shown at yourclub.powa.co/staff/teams/…/assessment. Names and figures are sample data.

Combine testing, one athlete or a group

Test one athlete or a whole group in one grid, with the testing conditions recorded.

Families see completed results beside the previous test; see combine testing and progress tracking.
