Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the POWA Coach website and the POWA Coach platform. By visiting the site, creating an account or using the platform in any way, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or the platform.

What POWA Coach provides

POWA Coach is software for athlete-development businesses. It gives each business its own branded workspace for training programs, session booking, billing, athlete records and messaging. The training itself, whether delivered in a facility or remotely, is provided by the business you train with, not by POWA Coach. Details such as schedules, pricing and program length are set by that business. For businesses, platform pricing is covered by a separate agreement with us.

Your account and your information

The details on your account must be accurate and complete, and you agree to keep them up to date. Your sign-in credentials are for you alone; do not share them or let anyone else use your account.

Training and your health

Athletic training carries a real risk of injury. Before starting or changing a training program, speak with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have an existing condition or any doubt about your readiness. By taking part in training organized through the platform, you confirm you are physically able to do so. Any waiver or release required before in-person training is between you and the business delivering it, and you agree to follow that business's safety instructions and facility rules.

Acceptable use

• Treat coaches, athletes, families and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination and abusive behavior have no place on the platform and may result in immediate removal.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of the business whose workspace you belong to.
• Do not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or to information belonging to anyone else.

Content and ownership

The platform, including its software, design, text, graphics and video, belongs to POWA Coach or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, alter, distribute or publicly display any part of it without our written permission. Content a business or its members upload to that business's workspace remains theirs; we host it to run the service.

Fees, payment and refunds

You agree to pay the fees for the services you sign up for. Pricing is communicated separately, either by us or by the business you train with. Refund terms depend on the specific program or service and are provided with it, as are any cancellation or rescheduling rules for booked sessions.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the site or the platform at our discretion, including where these terms have been breached.

No warranties

The site and the platform are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not promise any particular training outcome. Information on the site and in training materials is offered in good faith, but you rely on it at your own risk and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited as far as the law permits. In particular, POWA Coach is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses connected to the site or the platform, including incidental, special and punitive damages, whether or not the possibility of such losses was known to us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continuing to use the site or the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
