Parent communication for sports organizations

Stay connected to your athlete without chasing information.

One place for the schedule, progress and bills, one chat with the coaches, and rules that protect children in every conversation, on one login.

Already with a club on POWA? Your club's address is in its invitation email.

A parent's Today screen from the top: the switcher between the children, then one child's sessions completed, a recent personal record, and the log rate and attendance rings. One login covers every child. A child's own login never shows billing. Names and figures are sample data.

Three things families end up chasing

Finding schedules
Upcoming bookings for every child on one login.
Managing payments
The family's invoices in the app.
Receiving updates
Club announcements, and email for unread messages and invoices.

Every child on one login

Switch between your children in one tap, keep your own training on the same login if you train too, and book several children in one confirmation, repeated for up to eight weeks (see family booking for several children).

Your club can also give a child their own login, which never shows billing.

Progress and bills you can read

Completed assessments beside the previous test with the change shown, plus past workouts and records; coaches' private notes stay with the staff.

Your family's invoices are in the app, with every line and the tax, and are emailed to the parent who pays.

Talk to the coaches, safely

Each parent has their own chat with the coaching team. If your child has their own login, you are added to their chat once an adult staff member is in it, and you can be the second adult there.

Team and group chats with anyone under 18 need two adult staff, and there is no setting to switch that off.

A coach's view of a 15-year-old's chat. With one adult coach in it and no second adult, the chat is paused, and the database refuses new messages until another adult staff member or, in the athlete's own chat, their parent is in it. Team and group chats with children always need two adult staff. Names and figures are sample data.

Messages people actually use

Club announcements show on your home screen, and in your inbox when the club sends them that way.

Edit within 15 minutes or unsend within 3; the earlier wording is kept in a sealed record.

  • Voice messages up to 3 minutes
  • Replies, reactions and read receipts

Your family's privacy

One family never sees another family's child or data, and in a group chat families cannot see each other's pictures, read times or which members are children. A staff photo of a child under 18 needs a recorded parent or guardian agreement.
