Client and parent sign-in
Find your gym's address
Every gym on POWA has its own web address, and clients and parents sign in there, not on powa.co. Your gym's address is in your invite email.
Where to find it
Parents get their own invite, and every child linked to them is on that one login. A child with their own login sees their own training and never billing.
- Open the invite email from your gym.
- Use its link to set your password. The link opens at your gym's own address, for example yourgym.powa.co.
- Next time, sign in at that same address, or open POWA from your home screen.
Can't find the email?
- Search your inbox and spam folder for your gym's name.
- Link expired or email gone? Ask your gym to send a new invite.
- Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on your gym's sign-in page.
Add POWA to your home screen
The icon carries your gym's name and opens your gym's app straight away. There is nothing to download from an app store.
iPhone or iPad
- Open your gym's address in Safari and sign in.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
Android
- Open your gym's address in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap the menu (the three dots).
- Tap Add to home screen or Install app.
