Add a row per tool with its cost and billing period, then your admin hours per week, the hourly cost of that time and the weeks per year you run.

How it works
Plain arithmetic on your own numbers, with the formulas printed beside the results. H is the admin hours a week, C is the hourly cost of that time and W is the weeks a year your organization runs.

A worked example
The numbers are made up.
Tool A at $89 a month, Tool B at $540 a year and Tool C at $25 a month, with H = 4 hours, C = $22 and W = 48 weeks.
